Shipping policy

We aim to get your Anoree jewellery to you quickly and safely!

· Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 days. Orders placed after 7.30 pm or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (within India):

· Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after dispatch. 

· Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

·  Delivery Issues:

· Incorrect Address: We're not responsible for incorrect addresses. Re-shipping costs may apply for returns due to this.

· Undeliverable: We'll contact you for re-delivery; additional charges may apply.

· Lost/Damaged: For damaged items, send photos & videos within 24 hours of delivery. For lost packages (tracking shows "delivered" but not received), contact us within 7  days of the "delivered" status. We'll assist with courier resolution.

·  Order Changes: Contact us immediately for any address or order detail changes; we cannot guarantee modifications once processed.
